Who is ProServ Event Management?

ProServ Event Management is the event planning firm coordinating the Vendor Summit & S4S Golf tournament for Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation.  

 

Whom do I make the sponsorship check payable to?

Please make the sponsorship check payable to Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation. We ask that all sponsorship checks are received prior to the event.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation utilizes PayPal to accept donations or sponsorship payments up to $5,000 online. Donations or sponsorship payments over $5,000 must be paid by check. Please contact Jennifer Palella at 610.203.9650 or jenn@proservevents.com with any questions.

Yes, you can make a donation to the Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation online through PayPal or by check.

What is the dress attire for the Vendor Summit & Wine Trail events?

• Vineyard Dinner, Tour & Tasting - Dress attire is business casual

• Networking Reception - Dress attire is casual

• Wine Trail – Dress attire is wine country casual; visit website for further direction

• Chef & Wine Tasting Dinner - Dress attire is business casual

• Vendor Summit – Dress attire is smart casual

What is the dress attire for the different S4S Golf Tournament events?

• Golf Course(s) 

  • The courses require soft spike shoes. In addition, proper golf attire is requested (collared shirts, Bermuda shorts or long pants). Jeans and cut off shirts/shorts are not permitted. Please be prepared for the ever-changing weather conditions. Lightweight jackets and rain clothing should be items included in your golf bag. 

• BBCF VIP Reception

  • Dress is casual attire. 

• ​Grand Reception 

  • Dress is golf or resort attire.

 

Where does the money go that is raised for Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation?

The Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that principally focuses on supporting the post-secondary educational goals of residents living in a community owned and managed by Balfour Beatty Communities, LLC. The Foundation is also committed to honoring military personnel – active, wounded, and fallen - by supporting organizations that assist military service members and/or their families.
