Who is ProServ Event Management?

ProServ Event Management is the event planning firm coordinating the S4S Golf tournament and Wine Tours for Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation.  

 

Whom do I make the sponsorship check payable to?

Please make the sponsorship check payable to Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation. We ask that all sponsorship checks are received prior to the event.

 

Where do I send the sponsorship check?

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation utilizes PayPal to accept donations or sponsorship payments up to $5,000 online. Donations or sponsorship payments over $5,000 must be paid by check. Please contact Jennifer Palella at 610.203.9650 or jenn@proservevents.com with any questions.

If I cannot attend, can I still make a donation?

Yes, you can make a donation to the Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation online through PayPal or by check.

What is the dress attire for the different S4S Golf Tournament events?

• Golf Course(s) 

  • All players must wear golf shoes and socks. Please know that large athletic cleats are prohibited.For the Gentlemen, collared shirts, sports slacks, or hemmed shorts are permitted. All blue jeans (regardless of label), swimsuits, athletic shorts (jogging, basketball, coaching, etc.) and short shorts are not allowed. Shirts must also be worn at all times. For the Ladies, sports blouses or sports shirts with slacks, culottes, skirts, or hemmed shorts are permitted. All types of blue jeans (regardless of label), swimsuits, jogging shorts and short shorts are not allowed. Lightweight jackets and rain clothing should be items included in your golf bag.

  • Smart casual or golf attire (evening hours tend to be brisk). 

• Wine Tours

  • ​Wine Country Casual - a blend between resort casual and business casual. For women, sundresses, blouses, skirts, and even nice jeans fit the bill. Men can opt for short-sleeved dress shirts, golf shirts, and khakis or nicer jeans.

• ​BBCF S4S Tournament Dinner 

  • Golf or resort attire (evening hours tend to be brisk).

 

Where does the money go that is raised for Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation?

The Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that principally focuses on supporting the post-secondary educational goals of residents living in a community owned and managed by Balfour Beatty Communities, LLC. The Foundation is also committed to honoring military personnel – active, wounded, and fallen - by supporting organizations that assist military service members and/or their families.
